Servo Savers is as the name implies, designed to save motorists money when purchasing fuel. It is a reward program for customers who shop with locally owned businesses. The rewards are “Servo Savers”. (Cash register dockets with a petrol discount like no other.) The minimum spend to obtain Servo Savers varies from as little as $5.00. Once the shopper has spent over the minimum reward level, he/she receives a discount off the pump price on fuel at selected independent service stations. Obviously these selected service stations are limited in number and location. This ensures convenience to those shoppers wishing to take advantage of the discounted fuel whilst maximising the service station’s opportunity.
Consumers have responded so enthusiastically, because fuel is an instantly redeemable reward that has great value for them, making it very attractive and much appreciated. We trialed Servo Savers in Launceston, Tasmania. Due to an overwhelmingly positive result from both the retailers and shoppers, it is now available in TAS, VIC, NSW, QLD, SA and WA.
Servo Savers is both exciting and innovative. Here’s why. Customers of Servo Savers Business Partners receive an offer of 6c per litre off fuel. However Servo Savers doesn’t stop there. It allows customers to accumulate up to 5 of these rewards to increase their savings to 30c per litre off . Customers can use 1 docket per business or up to 5 dockets from 5 different businesses.

Who exactly are Servo Savers (Aust) Pty Ltd?
Servo Savers (Aust) Pty Ltd was formed in 2004 especially for this exciting new project. The company is now run under the sole direction of two of the founders, Phyllis Dunn and Anthony Ramien. Both have extensive experience in business promotional concepts, marketed directly to privately owned businesses throughout Australia and New Zealand for almost 30 years.
We knew we had the experience, expertise and manpower to roll out the Servo Savers program with a minimum of fuss in a relatively short time frame. The challenges were in the development stage of the Servo Savers program. It was imperative it was implemented in the simplest and most user friendly way.
